Paulette Renaudin

Paulette Renaudin
To Speak At the August 24, 2013 Magnificat Breakfast
At St Elias Maronite Rite Catholic Church, Parish Hall

““To whomever I send you, you shall go; whatever I command you, you shall speak.” Jeremiah 1:7

Paulette Renaudin’s journey has taken her from the glamour of high fashion, as a retail buyer and model, to being a humble servant of the Lord. She was transformed from a painfully shy person into someone who courageously shouts about the works of the Lord from the rooftops. Since her Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Paulette’s life was radically changed. Her experiences include a trip to the Holy Land with Immaculee Ilibagiza to working in one of Mother Teresa’s soup kitchens in California.

Paulette, who lives in Mandeville, Louisiana, has been married to her husband, Rusty, for 37 years. They have three beautiful children and two grandchildren. She is a Lector, Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, Minister of Hospital Communion and a prayer group leader in a nursing home. She also serves on the Magnificat Central Service Team in New Orleans.

While looking in the rearview mirror of her life, Paulette recalls how the Lord opened the eyes of her heart. This enabled her to reflect Our Blessed Mother’s acceptance of God’s will. She is a grace filled woman who likens herself to a “broken lamb” needing its Good Shepherd. Through His grace, Paulette’s pain from a serious debilitating injury was indeed diminished. “Our wounds are a part of our glory if we let them transform us.”

Paulette’s passion for serving the Lord is contagious! Come and experience her joy as she enthusiastically shares her many “God Moments” and explains why “the veil between heaven and earth is very thin.”
